The ACICA Diversity Committee is pleased to introduce the ACICA Wing Person Initiative which will be rolled out for the first time at Australian Arbitration Week 2023.
Everyone knows what it is like to walk into an event not knowing a single person. This initiative aims to build confidence and build connections by matching arbitration practitioners who are less familiar or just want a boost with those in the arbitration community (ACICA Winged Person) with those who are more confident with their connections (ACICA Wing Person) to attend events during Australian Arbitration Week together.
